Privacy Policy

Hello, we're Listi. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and who (if anyone) we hand it to. No legalese fog machine.

Effective September 8, 2026

The short version

We collect what we need to build your marketing kits and run your account: your contact info, your listings, and whatever photos or logos you upload. We use trusted vendors (Stripe for payments, Supabase to store everything, Anthropic's Claude to write your copy) to make that happen. We do not sell your data, your mailing list, or your listing information to anyone: not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. If that's all you needed to know, you're free to go sell some houses. If you want the details, read on.

Information we collect

Account & profile info. Your name, email, phone number, brokerage name, license number (if you've told us it's required on your advertising), and a headshot or brand logo if you upload one.

Listing details. Whatever you type into the intake form (address, price, beds/baths, features, the neighborhood blurb), plus any photos you attach to a listing.

Payment info. If you're on a paid plan, Stripe handles your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe hands us back a customer ID and a subscription status, and that's it.

Usage info. Basic operational stuff: when you signed up, how many listings and redos you've used against your plan, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type) for keeping the lights on and catching abuse.

How we use it

Mainly: to generate your marketing kits, keep your account and billing working, enforce plan limits fairly, and email you things you've actually opted into (like product updates, if you checked that box on your profile). We also use it to fix bugs, improve the product, and keep the service secure. We do not use your listing data or contact list to build anyone else's product, and we do not use it to train someone else's AI model.

Who we share it with (and who we absolutely do not)

We keep our vendor list short and named, on purpose, rather than hiding behind a vague "our partners" line:

  • Supabase: the database and authentication provider that stores your account, profile, and listing data. They process it on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes. See Supabase's privacy policy.
  • Stripe: handles payment processing if you're on a paid plan. Stripe collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy, and may need to verify your identity for certain payments the same way any payment processor does. See Stripe's privacy policy for the full picture of what they do with it.
  • Anthropic (Claude): the property details you enter for a listing are sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to generate that listing's marketing copy. As of this writing, Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default. We don't send your contact info, payment details, or anything beyond what's needed to write the copy.

That's the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, your client mailing list, or your listing data to anyone: no data brokers, no ad networks, no "trusted partners" you've never heard of. We also don't share it for anyone else's marketing purposes. If a future version of Listi ever wants to work with a new vendor in a way that changes this, we'll update this page and, for any material change, let you know directly.

Photos, logos, and your uploads

Headshots, brokerage logos, and listing photos you upload are stored securely and used only to build your marketing materials and display them back to you in the app. They aren't shared outside the vendors listed above. See our Terms of Service for the specifics on who owns what you upload (short answer: you do).

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and data deleted, or you'd like a copy of what we have on file, just email us at hello@iamlisti.com. We're a small team, so for now that's also the fastest way to get it handled quickly rather than waiting on a self-service button we haven't built yet.

Your privacy rights, wherever you live

Listi is based in San Antonio, Texas, and Texas's own privacy law (the TDPSA) gives Texas residents the right to know what personal information we hold, access or get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, and opt out of having it sold or used for targeted advertising. If you're a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you similar rights. Here's the thing: we extend all of these rights to every Listi user, everywhere, not just where the law happens to require it, mostly because we don't sell data in the first place, so honoring "don't sell my data" requests is easy when the answer is already no. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@iamlisti.com and we'll take care of it, typically within 45 days.

Cookies

We use the minimum cookies needed to keep you signed in and the app working: not ad trackers, not cross-site profiling, not anything creepy.

Not for kids

Listi is built for licensed real estate professionals and their teams. It's not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, let active users know directly rather than quietly editing a page nobody rereads.
